Oleh Trokhymchuk and Andrii Konoplia headed Ilyashev & Partners’ dispute resolution practice

Ilyashev & Partners appointed Oleh Trokhymchuk and Andrii Konoplia, counsel, as co-heads of its dispute resolution practice.

Oleh Trokhymchuk joined the team in 2002. He handles major disputes in Ukraine in courts of different instances, representing the interests of leading national, foreign and international companies, as well as state enterprises. Has a successful practice of resolving major disputes in the banking sector and energy industries, agriculture, manufacturing, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings of enterprises.

Andrii Konoplia joined Ilyashev & Partners team in 2010. Having more than 25 years of practical experience in the field of dispute resolution, he specializes in banking, contractual, corporate, creditors’ rights defense, shareholders and bad debt disputes. He has extensive experience in coordination and personal participation in the support of legal disputes in Ukrainian courts of all jurisdictions and instances, including the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.
