Taras Dumych is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Kyiv office with some 20 years of experience in various areas of law, including M&A, private equity and venture capital, corporate governance, energy and natural resources, real estate and dispute resolution. Taras graduated from Lviv State University (Ukraine) with a Diploma of Jurisprudence in 1999 and obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) with Merits from London Guildhall University (UK), Department of Law, in 2002. Taras is the author of numerous articles on agriculture, real estate, energy law and foreign investment protection in Ukraine. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Taras was Assistant Professor at Law School of The University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv, Ukraine, and a Partner at a UK-based law firm.
