INTEGRITES opts for more ILFs’ partner hires
Partners of the Kyiv office of the international law firm Jeantet Illya Tkachuk and Igor Krasovskiy joined INTEGRITES, bringing the total of the firm’s partners to 19 across 6 offices.
The arrival of new partners along with their teams will reinforce M&A and Finance capabilities of INTEGRITES and will establish the firm’s French Desk.
This move continues a series of impressive top-ranked partner and practice team recruitments. In the past 5 years INTEGRITES welcomed 3 partners from Gide Loyrette Nouel Kyiv, counsel and partner from Sayenko Kharenko and Avellum in Ukraine, the ex-managing partner of Grata in Kazakhstan and a top-notch ex-Dentons counsel, as well as merged with the high-profile litigation firm Pravochyn.
In his new role Illya will be focused on assisting clients on M&A transactions in CIS region and advising clients on structuring of their business activity in Ukraine.
Igor will be primarily focused on project finance, syndicated and secured loans, commodity and structured finance as well as regulatory issues.
Illya Tkachuk has over 10 years’ experience and specializes in advising on investment projects, cross-border transactions, corporate and M&A, foreign investments, securities, as well as compliance and labor law. He has been involved in the structuring and implementation of investment projects for big international groups in agricultural, mineral resources, manufacture and other sectors. Also, Illya assisted foreign and Ukrainian clients on numerous M&A transactions. Finally, he also has extensive experience in start-up companies, setting up of joint ventures, corporate restructuring, securities, as well as contract-related and labor matters. Illya’s industrial expertise includes energy and natural resources, agrifood and retail.
Igor Krasovskiy has over 14 years’ experience across a broad range of finance transactions in emerging economies having acted for the full spectrum of multilateral financial institutions, high yield lenders, project sponsors and blue chip borrowers in complex project, acquisition and structured financings. His experience also covers debt restructuring, high profile disputes, banking regulations and insolvency.
Among his key clients are high-yield lenders, project sponsors, IFIs, ECAs and blue-chip borrowers in the industrial, agriculture, telecommunications and energy sectors.
