AVELLUM and A.G.A. Partners announce combination
AVELLUM and A.G.A. Partners announced that two law firms have agreed to combine effective 9 July 2018. This strategic combination brings together renowned transactional practice of AVELLUM and experienced dispute resolution practice of A.G.A. Partners.
Both firms see the new firm as a natural combination of best practices and teams on the Ukrainian legal market. AVELLUM’s focus on high profile transactional and regulatory practices aligns with A.G.A.’s critical strengths in dispute resolution and international trade practices.

The new firm will operate under AVELLUM brand. It will bring together the team of 6 partners and a total of 42 legal professionals. Mykola Stetsenko, AVELLUM’s managing partner, and Aminat Suleymanova, the managing partner of A.G.A. Partners, will act as co-managing partners of the combined firm.
